During the weekend in Torphins my cousin Heather visited. She has recently moved to Edinburgh from Northern Ireland. We all went for a family meal on the Saturday night. Ewan was brave and had the Heston Blumenthal breakfast for pudding. One part of this was scrambled egg and bacon icecream. I think he thought he had made the wrong decision when the rest of us enjoyed creme brulee with a cinnamon doughnut and hot chocolate shot. Poor Ewan. It was lovely to spend time with Heather. We both enjoy talking about food and all the food we love!
