Christmas Pudding Bombe

On Boxing Day we served a Christmas pudding bombe which I made. I followed a recipe in the Jamie Oliver magazine. It is filled with icecream and a layer of fruits such as clementines, dried fruits and nuts. The shell is fruit cake soaked in orange juice and then covered in melted chocolate. It was very yummy and looked brilliant when I carried it to the table and also when we cut into it and we could see the layers within it.
